ART NOW FAIR 2026

Unit/08 is a striking warehouse space with an industrial look and feel located in Peckham’s vibrant cultural quarter. It is flooded with natural light and features whitewashed brick walls, painted columns and an exposed steel truss roof. With over 11,700 sq. ft of open space, it’s the perfect blank canvas for Exhibit Here’s returning Art Now Fair, and with previous clients such as Netflix, Nike, Adidas, Chanel, Sky and the BBC, it is a space not to be missed.

The venue is situated within the heart of Copeland Park, which is also home to the iconic Bussey Building. This collection of historic structures has been transformed into a thriving creative community, housing over 150 diverse businesses, making this the ideal place for your art to be seen.

Key information:

• Open to independent artists and collectives
• Option to share a stand space
• Wall panels are 2.4m high and stand spaces come in a range of sizes (2m, 3m, 4m and 5m) 
• As the venue is flooded with natural light, exhibition lights are optional (excluding row 7 where they are required)
• Each space will have printed signage with your artist’s name
• You will be provided with an Artist lanyard   
• You are responsible for installing your own artwork
• You will be required to be present to man your space and will be responsible for processing your own payments  
• No commission on sales
• Entries will be considered on a rolling basis  
• If your submission is successful, you will be notified within fourteen days of submitting your work 

Tips:

• Our events attract buyers with varied budgets which has ranged up to £3000, it is therefore advisable to offer pieces for sale in a range of sizes and prices
• Space your artworks carefully and try not to overcrowd your display  
• Engage with visitors as much as possible

• Friday: Artists install (11am – 5pm) plus evening Private View (5pm – 9pm)
• Saturday: Open to the public (11am – 6pm)
• Sunday: Open to the public (11am – 4.30pm), and artists de-install (4.30pm – 5.30pm)

Other spaces:

There is a small rustic room with peeling black paint which can be used for projections, installations and sculptures, and an area kept clear for large free-standing sculptures.

For a stand space for independent artists and collectives: 

• Image files of four artworks that are similar in style, medium, price, and size to the work you wish to exhibit – please ensure each file is a JPEG and a maximum size of 2MB
• Space preference (3m, 4m or 5m) – 2m sold out
• Code for your preferred space, for example ‘5A’, please refer to the floor plan below and send your first and second choice
• Short statement about you and your work
• Your Instagram username (if you have one)

For a shared stand space:

• Image files of four artworks that are similar in style, medium, price, and size to the work you wish to exhibit – please ensure each file is a JPEG and a maximum size of 2MB
• Space preference to share (3m, 4m or 5m) – 2m sold out
• Short statement about you and your work
• Your Instagram username (if you have one)
• Confirm you are happy for your name, email address and Instagram username (if you have one) to be shared with other applicants for the purpose of matching you with a co-exhibitor

Upon receipt of your application your name and contact details will be sent to a possible match, you will then be encouraged to liaise and select an agreed preferred space, please refer to the floor plan below and send the codes for your first and second choice. Please note, every effort will be made to place you with another artist whose work aligns with yours.

Terms and conditions for a shared space: Each artist will be sent an Exhibitor Agreement to complete and separate invoices. The allocated space will be confirmed upon receipt of the Exhibitor Fee payment from both artists – the Exhibitor Fee payment must be paid online via bank transfer no later than seven days after receipt of the invoice. In the event that funds are only received from one artist, that artist will be offered the opportunity to pay the remainder of the fee to use the space independently or will be offered a full refund.   

For the small room:

• A link to view your video and/or images of your installation or sculptures (if you are submitting a projection piece please provide a list of all the equipment you would bring) 
• Short statement about you and your work
• Your Instagram username (if you have one)

For large free-standing sculptures:

• Image files of up to five large sculptures – please ensure each file is a JPEG that is no more than 2MB in size and has an easily identifiable name such as the title of the artwork
• Title, medium and overall size in cm (please clearly state the width x height x depth) of each sculpture
• Short statement about each piece and/or you and your work
• Your Instagram username (if you have one)
