To arrange a return please contact the vendor within 7 days of receiving your order. As your order was sent directly from the vendor you will need to return it back to them. You will be provided with the address and you must pay for the packaging and return delivery. You must insure the item during transit as refunds are only authorised if the item is returned in perfect condition for re-sale, if possible, re-use the packaging or re-package to a suitable standard for transit. Please note, the Stripe transaction fee (1.4% + 20p for European cards or 2.9% + 20p for non-European cards) is non-refundable.
Cancellation of Order
Every effort will be made to accommodate a cancellation or change of request providing your order has not yet been processed and dispatched. To expediate the cancellation please contact the Vendor as soon as possible. If your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned (please see above details regarding returns).
