How to buy
- Register an account: If you wish to make a purchase you will need to create an account. The registration process is very simple and will only require a valid email address. Through the account created you will have access to the items you have purchased and your order history.
- Add to cart: Once registration is complete you will be able to add your selected items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Checkout: To complete the purchase, review your order and click 'checkout' this will open PayPal in a new window. You will be able to pay with your credit or debit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your order and dispatch details.
All items are dispatched once payment has cleared. Each individual order arrives on your doorstep directly from the artist, so please note delivery charges and times may vary. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and the expected delivery time.
In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return the item please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to arrange its return within 7 days of receipt. As your order was sent directly from the artist you will need to return it back to them. We will provide you with the address and you must pay for the packaging and return delivery. You must insure the item during transit as refunds are only authorised if the item is returned in perfect condition for re-sale, if possible re-use the packaging or re-package to a suitable standard for transit.
